B2B Content Marketer/Brand Manager

We are looking for a B2B Content Marketer who can not only write high-quality content, but also communicate ideas clearly, think strategically, and understand how marketing drives inbound leads.

This role combines content creation, marketing thinking, and idea generation. You will turn insights, expertise, and initiatives into content that builds visibility, trust, and generates leads.

Responsibilities

  • Write marketing copy for emails, website pages, and promotional materials.
  • Create articles and thought-leadership content for external platforms.
  • Support webinars, campaigns, and other lead-generation activities (including communication and coordination if needed).
  • Develop messaging that resonates with a B2B audience.
  • Generate content ideas based on audience needs, trends, and business goals.
  • Understand where inbound leads come from and adapt content accordingly.
  • Identify and test channels where content can attract potential clients.
  • Distribute and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with overall marketing strategy.

 

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B content marketing (or strong potential + mindset).
  • Strong writing skills and ability to clearly express ideas verbally.
  • Advanced English (C1 or close) - both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of how marketing works (funnels, channels, lead generation).
  • Interest in where leads come from and how content influences conversions.
  • Ability to generate ideas, not just execute tasks.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to experiment.
  • Strong ownership and collaboration skills.

We are open to candidates who are still developing their experience but have strong thinking, communication skills, and motivation to grow.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with webinars, interviews, or content involving direct communication
  • Understanding of B2B services or professional services marketing
