Lead Payment Operations Manager

We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced specialist for the Payment Operations Manager position.

What you will do:

• Monitor key operational and risk metrics (AR, refunds, chargebacks, etc.) to identify and improve performance gaps
• Analyze transaction data and apply risk mitigation strategies to reduce fraud and payment failures
• Collaborate with tech, product, and support teams to streamline payment and billing flows
• Keep track of compliance, fraud trends, and best practices in payment operations
• Contribute to the development and testing of new pricing/payment strategies

• Manage relationships with core payment providers

   

What you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in online payments and billing operations
• Solid understanding of payment processing systems and gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, Solidgate, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payment data, spot trends, and drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners
• Understanding of unit economics and subscription-based monetization models

• Upper-intermediate English or higher
