Salary: $3200–3450

Responsibilities:

 • Prepare and submit reports, analyzing their impact on the company’s financial stability.

 • Monitor the credit portfolio, analyze default rates and profitability, and develop measures to improve performance.

 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize risks.

 • Develop, maintain, and improve the credit scoring system, ensuring its relevance and accuracy.

 • Evaluate the effectiveness of automation systems and decision support systems (DSS), with regular updates and algorithm improvements.

 • Track market trends and implement modern tools for automation, analytics, and predictive modeling.

 • Develop data visualizations (dashboards, reports) for effective information presentation.

 • Define and monitor key performance metrics (default rate reduction, application processing time, error minimization, etc.).

Requirements:

 • Experience in banking or financial institutions.

 • Strong Excel skills.

 • Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning (working with large datasets).
