Gamby Partners is an affiliate network within First Sport Media — a global sports media and traffic network working with betting audiences worldwide.
We are building our affiliate direction as a separate revenue stream, with a strong focus on traffic quality, long-term partnerships, and scaling through data (DMP, behavioral signals).
We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager who will strengthen our team and help scale the partner network
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and onboarding new webmasters (affiliate partners)
- Building and developing long-term relationships with partners
- Daily communication with webmasters (Telegram, Teams, WhatsApp, Email)
- Launching affiliate campaigns and supporting partners throughout the lifecycle
- Analyzing traffic quality, conversions, and partner performance
- Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Negotiating rates, terms, and exclusive deals
- Optimizing traffic and scaling top-performing partners
- Monitoring KPIs and achieving revenue targets
- Tracking market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
👉 Essentially, you will be responsible for the full partner lifecycle:
from sourcing → launching → to scaling revenue
Requirements:
- 1.5–2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager (iGaming / betting)
- Hands-on experience working with webmasters and affiliate networks
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
- Experience in launching and optimizing affiliate traffic
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset (ROI, conversions, KPI tracking)
- Understanding of traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, UAC, etc.)
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets
- Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Voluum, Affilka)
- Result-oriented mindset, not just “partner management”
- Ability to distinguish high-quality traffic from low-quality traffic
- Proactiveness: ability to identify opportunities independently
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment without rigid structures
