Project Description:

The project involves replacing the mobile application currently used by the Bank. It is a large-scale initiative with a very broad scope, engaging multiple teams, product owners, and both business and technology domains whose solutions are integrated with or supported by the application.

The project requires close collaboration with Group teams as well as external technology vendors responsible for developing backend components of the mobile solution.

 

Responsibilities:

The scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Identifying a complete list of stakeholders across multiple product domains and supporting units, and managing stakeholder engagement, including:
- Building strong working relationships with Group teams and internal stakeholders
- Facilitating collaboration across different organizational units
- Ensuring proper representation of the Polish market perspective within the Group initiative
- Precisely defining the project scope, including business, functional, technological, and integration components
- Establishing project governance and decision-making support, including:
- Structuring the scope into dedicated workstreams with clearly defined responsibilities and objectives
- Preparing materials and recommendations for senior management and Board members
- Ensuring transparency regarding risks, dependencies, and program progress
- Developing the overall timeline and budget estimates for the initiative, including cross-workstream dependencies and release planning
- Coordinating work across multiple streams, including synchronization of technical, integration, architectural, and organizational dependencies
- Monitoring progress across workstreams
- Identifying and removing blockers between teams
- Managing risks, dependencies, and key program decisions
- Ensuring alignment of local activities with the Group initiative roadmap and strategic direction

 

Mandatory Skills Description:

-Minimum 8 years of experience in program or large-scale project management
-Experience in the banking or financial services sector
-Proven experience in leading complex transformation or digital programs
Experience working within international or Group-level initiatives
-Strong understanding of digital products and software development processes.
Skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate strategy into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in coordinating multiple teams and workstreams
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly complex and dynamic environment

 

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

-Experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream programs (preferably >100 FTE)
-Background in banking or financial services transformation initiatives
-Experience with mobile or digital channel transformation programs
-Strong understanding of program governance frameworks and operating models
- Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) in complex environments
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders, including Board-level interactions
- Proven track record in vendor and partner management in large programs
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, integration landscapes, and legacy system dependencies
- Experience in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage budgets, financial tracking, and cost optimization at program level
