What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning projects from start to finish: defining goals, creating timelines, and managing milestones and resources.
• Preparing documentation: gathering requirements, writing briefs, and creating clear technical specifications.
• Coordinating teams across creative, technical, and marketing departments to keep everyone aligned.
• Acting as the key communication bridge between internal clients (such as the marketing team) and the project team.
• Identifying risks early, creating mitigation strategies, and adjusting plans when needed.
• Overseeing quality control and ensuring final deliverables meet internal standards and client expectations — including QA checks.

 What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in digital or marketing environments.
• You’re strong in planning, documentation, and multitasking.
• You understand how creative, tech, and marketing workflows operate.
• You communicate clearly, present ideas confidently, and handle expectations with ease.
• You have experience managing clients, adapting scopes, and guiding projects through changing requirements.
• You stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and know how to minimize risks before they escalate.
