What We’re Looking For
- Smart & Logical Thinker: You can connect the dots, ask the right questions, and break down a confusing situation into clear, manageable steps.
- Conversational English (Intermediate+): You feel completely confident writing emails and jumping on a call to talk things through with international clients.
- Tech-Curious (No prior experience needed!): You don’t need to know how to code. However, you shouldn’t be afraid of technology. If the idea of eventually learning how software works behind the scenes (like basic Linux or how to read logs) sounds like an exciting challenge, you belong here.
- Calm Under Pressure: When things get chaotic, you stay cool, organized, and focused on finding a solution.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, organized, and professional first point of contact via chat, email, and calls.
- Act as a “translator” — listen to the client’s problem, structure the information clearly, and pass it on to our engineering and QA teams without losing the details.
- Keep clients updated and ensure no request is ever forgotten or ignored.
- Step by step, learn the basics of our trading systems so you can start solving simple issues on your own.
- Escalate and prioritize client issues when required.

- You can earn at the level of a developer — our experienced support engineers can make up to 4.5k. It all depends on you: the more experienced you become, the faster you learn and navigate things, the higher your compensation will be.

Half of Quod’s Ukrainian team is based in Kharkiv and primarily speaks russian. You’re welcome to communicate in Ukrainian, russian, English — we’re flexible.
