Product Marketing Manager
About Binaryx
Binaryx lets people invest in real estate starting from $500. We tokenize properties in Bali, Montenegro, and Turkey — investors buy shares, earn daily rental income, and can trade their tokens 24/7 on our P2P market. Wyoming DAO LLC structure, Polygon blockchain, real buildings behind every token.
We need a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function — strategy, content, ads, SEO, PR, email, analytics. You’ll manage a small team and a suite of AI agents, with full ownership of what ships and what doesn’t.
Your Team
You’re not doing this alone. You’ll lead a team of specialists and AI agents:
People
- SMM Manager — social media content, scheduling, community engagement
- Influencer Manager — partnerships, outreach, campaign coordination with creators
- PPC Specialist — Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign execution and optimization
- YouTube Editor — video editing, post-production for CEO-hosted episodes and shorts
- Paid Ad Editor — banner creatives, video ad cuts, visual assets for ad campaigns
AI Agents (Claude-based)
- Content drafting, multilingual translations, email HTML, ad scripts
- SEO analysis, keyword research, competitor monitoring
- Data analysis, reporting, funnel diagnostics
- Design prompting (Figma Make AI, Nanobanana Pro)
Your job is to set direction, assign work, QA output, and make sure the whole machine moves toward the same targets. The team handles execution in their lanes — you own the strategy, the priorities, and the quality bar.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Budget
- Build and run annual/quarterly marketing plans
- Allocate $20K–$60K/month across channels and tools
- Set KPIs, track them, present results to CEO monthly
- Launch marketing campaigns for 5–8 new properties per year
Content
- Write and manage multilingual content pipeline (Ukrainian, English; oversee Russian, French)
- Blog articles, investment guides, market analyses — SEO-driven, not filler
- YouTube scripts for CEO-hosted episodes; YouTube Editor handles post-production
- Email sequences: onboarding funnels, campaign sends, investor updates
- Set content direction for SMM Manager (Instagram/Facebook reels, carousels, stories)
Paid Ads
- Own paid media strategy; PPC Specialist handles day-to-day campaign execution
- Set targeting, budgets, and A/B testing plans for Meta and Google Ads
- Brief Paid Ad Editor on banner and video creatives
- Track CAC, ROAS, and conversion at every funnel stage
SEO
- Keyword research and content gap analysis
- Technical audits and fixes (Webflow site)
- Backlink management
- Landing page and blog optimization
PR & Media
- Place articles in Ukrainian media (Minfin, EkonomPravda, Ain, Mezha)
- Pitch EU fintech press in English
- Oversee Influencer Manager on creator partnerships, deals, and event sponsorships
- Write press releases and media briefs per property launch
Analytics
- Own the full funnel: Visitor → Registration → KYC → First Investment → Retention
- CAC/LTV cohort analysis and retention reporting
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards
- Turn numbers into decisions, not slide decks
Team Management & Ops
- Lead and coordinate SMM, Influencer Manager, PPC Specialist, YouTube Editor, and Paid Ad Editor
- Set weekly priorities, review deliverables, give feedback
- Build workflows connecting CRM, email, and product events (n8n, HubSpot)
- Design behavior-triggered email sequences (registration → KYC nudge → first deposit)
- Manage external freelancers and translators as needed
Tools You’ll Use Daily
This role runs on AI tools. Not as a gimmick — as the way you get the work done with a small team.
What this looks like day-to-day:
- You use Claude Code as a working partner — drafting content, analyzing data, building email HTML, writing ad scripts, running SEO checks through connected tools (Semrush, HubSpot, Webflow, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive — all wired in via MCP)
- You prompt Figma Make AI and Nanobanana Pro for brand-consistent visuals using our documented prompt guidelines
- You build n8n workflows that move users through onboarding (registration → email → KYC → first deposit) connected to HubSpot + Sumsub
- You use Mailchimp for campaigns and HubSpot for lifecycle automation — and know which is for what
- You check, edit, and QA everything before it goes out. AI drafts, you ship.
