💫 About the company
We are a fast-growing Amazon and TikTok e-commerce company operating four brands across the beauty, fitness, and tools categories. We work with an external creative agency for design and production, and we are actively building our TikTok presence through UGC and creator partnerships. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our creative pipeline across all brands.

💫About the role
We are looking for a Creative Manager to coordinate and manage all creative output across our brands. This is a part-time role to start, with strong potential to grow into full-time as the brands scale. You will not be doing design yourself — instead you will manage the relationship with our creative agency, brief the team, ensure quality and timelines, and own our UGC and creator outreach process. The right person is organised, has a good creative eye, communicates clearly, and is excited about e-commerce content and TikTok growth.

 

💫What We Are Looking For:
• 1–3 years in creative coordination, content management, or e-commerce marketing
• You do not need to be a designer, but you know good creative when you see it and can give clear, actionable feedback
• You can manage multiple briefs and deadlines across four brands simultaneously
• Clear written English: you will brief external teams and creators regularly
• Proficiency with Google Drive, basic project tracking, Canva or similar tools and AI tools
• Understanding of UGC content, creator culture, and what performs on TikTok. Directexperience helpful but not required
• Proactive, brand-aware, and comfortable managing external partners and freelancers

 

💫What you will own:
• Creative agency management: briefing, reviewing outputs, giving feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Creative briefing: writing clear, structured briefs for product images, A+ content, ads, and social content
• UGC coordination: identifying UGC needs per brand, finding and outreaching to creators, briefing them, and managing delivery
• Creator outreach: supervised outreach to TikTok and Instagram creators for partnerships and gifting campaigns
• Quality control: reviewing all creative outputs before they go live; ensuring brand consistency across all four brands
• AI-assisted content: using AI tools to produce quick content drafts, ideas, and variations where appropriate
• Creative tracker: maintaining a simple tracker of all creative requests, status, and delivery dates
• Coordination with the brand manager: working closely on campaign needs and content calendars

 

Would be a plus:
• Agency-side experience
• Experience on a creative role (designer, video/photo editor, etc.)
