Business Development Manager (B2B, iGaming)
About the Project
An innovative iGaming venture is building a premium, closed ecosystem for VIP players (high-rollers). The company develops a white-label VR platform for casinos and major iGaming operators, designed to reactivate VIP audiences, increase LTV and ARPU, and enhance loyalty programs through a measurable, technology-driven solution.
The project is currently scaling: first clients have already been signed, the product has been showcased at international conferences, and the sales and marketing functions are being established. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly influence the growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales: cold outreach, inbound leads, negotiations, and closing;
- Build and manage a sales pipeline (ICP definition, target accounts, sequences);
- Conduct product demos and presentations;
- Close pilot projects and commercial agreements with casinos and iGaming operators.
- Analyze markets and identify priority segments;
- Develop partnership and affiliate channels;
- Leverage industry conferences and networking as key deal sources.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, betting, entertainment, or tech;
- Proven ability to work as a strong individual contributor;
- Experience in complex C-level negotiations and deal closures;
- Fluent English;
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to sales processes.
Nice to Have
- Established network within the iGaming industry;
- Experience working with international markets;
Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences.
