Frontend React/TypeScript Developer (AI-Driven Development)

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-impact applications. You will join an ambitious team developing innovative solutions for the healthcare sector, helping organizations streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

You’ll be working on products that have real-world impact, using modern technologies and forward-thinking development approaches.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain applications using React and TypeScript from scratch 
• Design clean, scalable, and reusable frontend architecture 
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features 
• Integrate and work with REST APIs efficiently 
• Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and attention to detail 
• Take ownership of features from idea to production 
• Contribute to UI/UX decisions and help create intuitive user experiences 
• Actively leverage AI tools in daily development workflows to improve productivity and quality 

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience with React and TypeScript 
• Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs 
• Proven ability to build frontend applications from the ground up 
• Solid experience using AI tools in real projects, especially Claude AI 
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and best practices 
• Experience collaborating in teams where AI is a core part of the development process 
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level) 
• Self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with high ownership 
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on delivering quality 

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Claude + Figma workflows 
• Familiarity with TanStack Router and Zod 
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. PHP or similar) 
• Experience with frontend performance optimization 
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) 
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
