Project Overview

US-based healthcare platform leveraging AI to optimize doctors' workflows. The team builds intelligent, agent-based systems and integrates LLMs into production environments to improve clinical efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered features and backend systems in Python

Build and maintain LLM-based pipelines, RAG systems, and agent-based architectures

Integrate and optimize prompting strategies for production AI workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, and infrastructure

Ensure code quality, security compliance, and system reliability in a high-security environment

Continuously explore and apply emerging AI frameworks and best practices

Requirements (Must-have)

5+ years of experience - Senior-level Python engineering experience (hands-on, production-grade)

Strong React experience 2+ years

Proactive, self-driven approach with ability to work autonomously

Comfortable operating in high-security environments

English B2+

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs and agent-based systems (tools/skills, orchestration)

Knowledge of prompting techniques: Zero-shot, Few-shot, CoT, ReAct

Understanding of MCP / context management; experience building RAG or similar systems

Familiarity with LLM evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1)

Experience with AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar

Experience with vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus

Availability in US time zone
