Tech Lead (Java Springboot + React)

We're helping a company replace their current fully outsourced, underperforming India-based team with a strong team that we're assembling in Eastern Europe.

The company is an early-stage healthtech startup replacing legacy benefits infrastructure with a modern, proprietary platform — mobile apps, multi-stakeholder portals, and claims tooling — and building the engineering team to own it from the ground up. The startup is successful, well funded and profitable, so you don't ever have to worry about the company closing doors.

We're hiring a team lead position as well as 3-4 senior level developers that we'll add to the team shortly as well.

Tech Stack: Java Spring Boot, React, AWS. Native mobile apps.

As Tech Lead, you'll own architectural decisions, drive technical standards across the team, and work directly with executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. This is a hands-on role — you'll be writing code alongside the team, not just managing from the side.
