Backend Engineer (Python, MLOps, Generative AI)

Now our team has a position for AI / Backend Engineer (Python, MLOps, Generative AI).

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python and at least one additional language (Node.js or Java)
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools (GitHub Actions, MLflow)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and MLOps pipelines in cloud environments (Azure ML, Databricks, or AWS)
• Experience with ETL processes, API integrations, and model deployment workflows
• Knowledge of distributed systems and big data processing platforms
• Experience with data architecture (data ingestion, transformation, caching, indexing)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Nice to have:
• Experience with generative AI or multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
• Familiarity with SAP AI Core and SAP BTP
• Experience with Jira or similar tools (Scrum, SAFe)

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and generative AI solutions from PoC to production
• Work with data architecture, including ingestion, transformation, caching, and indexing
• Implement and maintain CI/CD and MLOps processes for model lifecycle automation
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready systems
• Develop and integrate LLM-based and multi-agent solutions
• Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance of AI systems
• Implement secure API design, secrets management, and access control
• Prepare architecture documentation, ADRs, and technical specifications
