About the role

We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter who can take ownership of hiring and close business-critical roles in a fast-growing product company in EV charging and e-commerce (Amazon, D2C) markets.

This is not a “CV processing” role — we need someone who can actively source, evaluate, and hire strong candidates across customer-facing and business functions.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles and clear hiring expectations.

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Full-cycle recruitment (from intake to offer)
  • Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, direct search)
  • Close roles in:
    • Support / Customer / Affiliate managers
    • Marketing (growth, performance, Amazon)
    • Finance (P&L, analytics)
    • Operations / e-commerce
  • Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, direct search)
  • Experience closing business roles (support, marketing, ops, finance)
  • English B2+

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in product / e-commerce / Amazon / D2C
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
  • Ability to work in unstructured environments
