Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to lead our marketing efforts in the B2B IT sector. Your mission is to build a scalable lead generation engine and enhance our brand presence. Unlike a specialist who "just writes posts," you will be the architect of our marketing system—managing resources, setting clear TAs (Technical Assignments) for specialists, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Funnels: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy from scratch. Build and optimize multi-channel B2B sales funnels to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Team & Resource Management: Manage internal/external contractors (Copywriters, Designers, Targeted Ads specialists). You define the "What" and "Why," and ensure they deliver the "How" on time and with high quality.
  • SEO & Content Management: Oversee our SEO strategy (technical and on-page) to drive organic growth. Manage the content calendar, ensuring that high-value assets (White Papers, Case Studies) are produced and distributed effectively.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the marketing preparation for industry exhibitions, conferences, and business trips. Ensure we maximize networking opportunities and lead capture at every event.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build the company’s authority by securing placements in niche IT media and managing relations with industry influencers.
  • Lead Generation & Ads: Supervise PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and organic lead gen activities. Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversion rates.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborating with the Sales team to identify key high-value targets and executing personalized marketing campaigns to penetrate specific Enterprise accounts.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on ROMI and other key metrics using GA4, CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), and Search Console.

 

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Marketing (Software Distribution, System Integration, or Consulting).
  • Proven track record in B2B/Enterprise marketing (long sales cycles, high-ticket deals).
  • Expertise in Marketing Funnel Architecture and Demand Generation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience in Event Management (planning and executing marketing for exhibitions).
  • Experience with ABM tools and tactics (would be a plus).
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics (GA4, ROMI calculation, CRM dashboards).
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

  • Managerial Mindset: Ability to delegate, set clear KPIs for contractors, and control the quality of output.
  • Business Acumen: You think in terms of ROI and revenue, not just "likes" and "shares."
  • Proactivity: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
