Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to lead our efforts in the B2B IT sector. Your mission is to build a scalable lead generation engine and grow our brand’s presence. Instead of "just writing posts" or “managing campaigns” you will be the architect of our marketing system - managing resources, setting clear TAs for specialists, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into business growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Funnels: Engineer and execute a predictable multichannel B2B sales funnel. You will oversee all top-of-funnel mechanisms to ensure a steady flow of sales qualified leads.
  • Team & Resource Management: Manage contractors (Copywriters, Designers, Ad Specialists). You define the strategic "What" and "Why," and hold them accountable for delivering the "How" on time and at scale.
  • SEO & Content Management: Oversee our technical and on page SEO strategy. Manage the content calendar to ensure high value assets (White Papers, Case Studies) are produced timely.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborating with the Sales team to identify key high-value targets and executing personalized marketing campaigns to penetrate specific Enterprise accounts.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the strategic preparation for industry exhibitions, conferences, and business trips to maximize lead capture.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build the company’s authority by securing placements in niche IT media.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on ROMI, CPL, pipeline contribution using GA4, CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive), and Search Console to ensure the strategy remains adaptable.

 

Hard Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT Marketing (Software Engineering, System Integration, or Consulting).
  • Track Record: Proven success in B2B and Enterprise marketing, navigating long sales cycles and high ticket deals.
  • Methodologies & Business Metrics: You can operate revenue level metrics (ROMI, CAC to LTV ratio, Pipeline Velocity) and implement advanced B2B frameworks - such as multi touch attribution and precise lead scoring, ensuring a predictable transition from MQL to SQL.
  • Performance Analytics & Tools: Deep proficiency in transitioning from standard CRM or GA4 dashboards to high level BI visualization (e.g., Looker Studio). Familiarity with B2B attribution software or Intent Data and ABM platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive Autonomy: You do not wait for a map; you identify bottlenecks and independently engineer the systems required to solve them.
  • Language: English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
