Junior Motion Designer (Mobile Ads / iGaming)

We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our team and help create high-performing ad creatives for mobile apps and iGaming projects.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution — you will work on animations, variations, and visual production based on clear concepts and direction.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics in After Effects (mainly short ad creatives)
• Produce variations, resizes, and iterations of existing videos
• Work with templates and pre-made assets
• Assist in building engaging visual hooks (first 3 seconds)
• Follow given concepts and improve visual quality

⚡ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects
• Understanding of timing, rhythm, and simple animation principles
• Ability to work fast and deliver on deadlines
• Attention to detail (very important)
• Portfolio with examples (even small projects)

➕ Nice to have

• Experience with ad creatives (Facebook / TikTok)
• Basic understanding of gambling / mobile apps creatives
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro / Photoshop
• Experience working with templates
