🔹 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support
- 2+ years in crypto/Web3 (must-have)
- English C1+, Russian C1 or Ukrainian C1
- Experience with Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
- Strong customer care orientation
Excellent written communication, high attention to detail
🔹 Responsibilities
- Customer support via Intercom
- Managing and auditing user accounts
- Manual transactions processing
Reporting
🔹 Required domain experience
Blockchain / Crypto — 2+ years
🔹 Languages
- English — C1 (Advanced)
Russian — C1 (Advanced) or Ukrainian — Native
