๐Ÿ”น Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support
  • 2+ years in crypto/Web3 (must-have)
  • English C1+, Russian C1 or Ukrainian C1
  • Experience with Google Sheets (reports, formulas)
  • Strong customer care orientation
  • Excellent written communication, high attention to detail

  • Customer support via Intercom
  • Managing and auditing user accounts
  • Manual transactions processing
  • Reporting

     

๐Ÿ”น Required domain experience

  • Blockchain / Crypto โ€” 2+ years

     

๐Ÿ”น Languages

  • English โ€” C1 (Advanced)
  • Russian โ€” C1 (Advanced) or Ukrainian โ€” Native
