About the Role We are looking for a data-driven Influencer Manager to lead our global outreach. This isn't about "getting likes"β€”it’s about building a predictable acquisition channel. You will be responsible for finding the right voices, negotiating hard for the best ROI, and building long-term partnerships with creators in the Travel, Lifestyle, and Tech segments.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet influencers on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram using advanced audit tools (spotting fake engagement is a must).
  • Negotiation & Execution: Handle the full cycle from the first DM to signed contracts and content approval.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure success through the lens of CAC, ROMI, and conversion rates, not just vanity metrics.
  • Creative Direction: Brief influencers to ensure the brand message hits the target while maintaining the creator's authentic voice.
  • System Building: Maintain a structured database of partners and automate routine communication.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in Influencer Marketing (International/Global markets preferred).
  • Language: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+).
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy spreadsheets and know how to calculate the value of an integration.
  • Persuasion Skills: You are a master of DMs and email outreach; you know how to get a response from busy creators.
  • Case Studies: Must provide examples of previous campaigns with measurable results (traffic, sales, or lead gen).
