Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (High-Velocity, Highly Creative, Versatile) — B2B, B2C, SaaS with 5+ years of experience.

Required Hard Skills
- 5–7+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer in B2B, B2C, or SaaS products.
- Exceptional UI craft: layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and interaction details.
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-driven systems with deep understanding of business logic.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems under real production constraints.
- Ability to produce developer-ready designs and specs with minimal iteration loops.
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept exploration, and delivery.
- High attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.
- Occasional meetings up to 7–8 PM EST.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality, highly creative UI/UX solutions with fast turnaround times across web, mobile, and tablet platforms, including complex SaaS products.
- Drive strong creative direction: visual concepts, interaction ideas, and non-trivial UI solutions — not just execution of existing patterns.
- Translate complex business logic into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
- Balance creativity, usability, and delivery speed in high-pace production environments.
- Rapidly prototype, explore multiple concepts, and iterate fast to support product and business decisions.
- Build, evolve, and maintain design systems that enable speed.
- Apply AI-powered design workflows to increase the output and iteration velocity.
- Work as a highly versatile designer: independently owning design streams while collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, developers, and stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate and defend design decisions with a balance of UX rationale, business impact, and practical constraints.
- Ensure alignment with Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and accessibility standards.

Tech Interview Note: Be ready to present 2 strong case studies that demonstrate:
- creative problem-solving,

- measurable or tangible product impact.
