Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project management 
• Project Management Experience: Planning and organizing team activities (setting goals, defining requirements, and controlling deadlines).
• Strong usage of AI tools for streamlining projects
• Presentation Skills: Confidently and clearly deliver presentations to both the team and clients.
• Knowledge in Project lifecycle
• Risk Management skills: Identifying, analyzing risks, and developing response plans.
• Team Management skills : Organizing retrospectives, sprint planning, and leading daily standups.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize teamwork to achieve results within set deadlines.
• Ensure process transparency: communicate clearly with clients and the team, informing them about changes and risks.
• Analyze project data and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, maintaining motivation and efficiency.
• Be in charge of the delivery flow process
• Optimize work with the use of AI agents
