Graphic Designer

We're looking for a designer who actually cares — where every pixel is in the right place and the visual doesn't just look good but also sells. What You'll Be Doing

• Create visuals for social media — posts, stories, ad creatives
• Design packaging from concept to final production-ready file
• Prepare print materials: flyers, brochures, POS materials
• Adapt visuals across different formats and channels
• Work with the brand guide and develop it — not ignore it
• Collaborate with the marketing team: understand the task, not just 'make it pretty'

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer
• Confident in Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — or equivalents
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in both digital and print — both are required
• Ability to work fast and stay cool under revision pressure
• Taste — this is non-negotiable, it shows in the portfolio

Nice to Have

• Experience with FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Motion design skills
• Understanding of marketing logic: why this banner should sell, not just exist
