Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and support our growth through consistent and quality outreach.

Responsibilities:

- Searching for relevant leads and opportunities

- Writing personalized outreach messages and communicating with potential clients

- Working with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn

- Tracking leads and managing follow-ups

- Collaborating with the team to improve outreach strategies
 

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in lead generation

- Good spoken and written English (comfortable client communication)

- Previous experience in an IT service company

- Understanding of lead generation processes and platforms

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

- Experience with different outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
