The Role
Youβll be producing high-converting video ads at scale β UGC, AI-generated content, and VSL-style creatives for Meta. The goal: ~60 minutes of finished video per month, with minimal revisions needed.
Youβll work from detailed briefs written by a dedicated Creative Strategist, with structured feedback loops and clear direction. No guessing what the client wants β every brief is specific, every iteration is data-driven.
WHAT YOUβLL BE DOING
β Edit UGC, AI-generated, and VSL-type video ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
β Perform post-production: cutting, titling, color correction, after-effects, sound mixing
β Edit and create long-form video content using recorded footage and in-house graphics
β Produce engaging short-form content for Facebook, YouTube, and other marketing channels β Deliver high volume of polished videos with little to no revisions
β Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director on iterations and new concepts
β Know enough about video editing to speak the language and spot problems early
WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
Weβre open on niche background β you donβt need ecom experience specifically. What matters is speed, quality, and the ability to take a brief and turn it into a scroll-stopping ad.
β 1+ year of experience as a Video Editor producing ad creatives or performance content
β Strong skills in post-production: editing, color correction, motion graphics, sound design
β Experience editing UGC-style content, VSLs, or direct response video ads
β Ability to work fast and deliver polished output with minimal revision cycles
β Comfortable working from detailed creative briefs and structured feedback
β English B2+ β working proficiency for daily communication
Strong bonus:
