Strong Junior / Middle Project Manager (UX/UI Design Agency)

At Fatobject, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Manager who's ready to lead and oversee our design projects.

As a Project Manager, your role will involve helping our clients create outstanding digital products while efficiently managing our team's resources. Your responsibilities include steering web and mobile design projects and handling day-to-day tasks like communicating with clients, planning the team's daily workflow, and performance monitoring.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate work of the design team (4+ designers)
• Be the point of contact for our clients, collaborating closely to understand project goals and expectations
• Plan and prioritize project tasks, discuss them with the Team Lead to ensure effective teamwork
• Managing daily tasks, ensuring everything is on time, within budget, and of the highest quality
• Communicate with team members to resolve daily challanges
• Provide timely reports to clients on the progress
• Project Management cycle: from getting requirements from client to successful project release

Skills we’re looking for:

• 1,5 + years of project and team management experience
• Understanding of UX/UI design principals
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Figma, Notion, Zoom, etc.
• Experience in managing budget and costs
• Good communication and self-organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Upper intermediate English level and higher (both spoken and written)
