Affiliate Manager (iGaming Network)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience within an Affiliate Network.
• Traffic Expertise: Deep understanding of traffic sources and optimization techniques.
• Payout Models: Solid knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, and Flat Fee models.
• GEOs: Experience working with diverse global markets.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Network: A proven base of active advertisers and partners, including personal contacts and established exclusive conditions.
• Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Languages: Proficiency in English.

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Acquisition: Actively recruit and onboard new affiliate teams and partners.
• Scaling: Drive the growth of traffic volume while maintaining high quality standards.
• Analysis: Monitor performance, analyze campaign drops, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Maintain personal communication and long-term partnerships.
• Networking: Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.

• Contracting: Negotiate and secure exclusive cooperation terms and deals.
