Senior Ruby developer Offline

We're looking for a Senior with 10+ years of experience with a strong knowledge of both Ruby on Rails and React.

FTE: Full time (40 h per week)
Timeline: 3-6 months
Location: any
English: B2
Recruitment process: a tech check with our client, then an interview with the direct client

Requirements:

• Strong product thinking and customer empathy: ability to understand customer needs, question requirements, and build features that deliver value rather than just implement designs
• Demonstrated technical initiative: track record of improving requirements, proposing solutions, and taking ownership of outcomes rather than just completing tasks
• Strong experience in modern web development with React and TypeScript
• Experience building backend services and APIs - Ruby/Rails
• Demonstrated ability to build full-stack customer-facing web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code independently
• Willingness to deeply learn and use Client's product to understand customer experience
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
