Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document project requirements
Manage and process changes in project requirements
Conduct client interviews to identify project needs and pain points
Actively participate in planning and testing processes of developed functionality
Audit and analyze the client’s current business processes

Requirements:
1.5+ years as a product analyst
Experience in eliciting, documenting, and maintaining project requirements
Understanding of key requirement documentation techniques (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)
Advanced level of written and spoken English
Experience in collecting, prioritizing, documenting, and supporting project requirements
Experience in prototyping (Figma or Adobe XD)
Knowledge of the SDLC model (including Scrum)
Ability to model business processes (BPMN/UML)
Experience of independent communication with stakeholders and identification of their needs
Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of programming languages, demonstrated through personal or pet projects
