Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our products by identifying the needs of our target audience and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product gambling companies;
- English at the intermediate level and above;
- Experience with online casino platforms;
- Understanding the regulation of markets and peculiarities of licenses will be a plus;
- Deep understanding of casino products, product metrics, bonus systems, and loyalty programs;
- Experience in creating tournaments and promotional companies.

Responsibilities
-Develop product vision and strategy. Create a comprehensive roadmap with clear prioritization and milestone planning to achieve business objectives.
-Lead end-to-end brand launches from concept to go-live. Manage ongoing operations and ensure successful market entry execution.
-Coordinate with development, design, marketing, retention, and support teams. Set detailed tasks, accept deliverables, and control deadlines.
-Monitor product quality across all touchpoints. Collaborate with related divisions to create a superior user experience and ensure platform excellence.
-Conduct market research, analyze player needs, gather feedback from customer support, and translate insights into product requirements.
-Design, configure, and manage bonus mechanics. Create and optimize loyalty programs to drive retention and increase player LTV.
-Analyze product performance metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
-Monitor competitors' products, USPs, bonus policies, and features. Identify market opportunities and maintain competitive positioning.
-Utilize CMS platforms for content management, product configuration, and operational updates to ensure seamless platform functionality.
-Manage full product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and ongoing support. Plan resources, control tasks, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
