Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze player behavior, conversion funnels, retention metrics, and KPI performance.
- Work closely with development, QA, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimize existing product functionality and introduce new tools to improve monetization, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date on iGaming industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and improve key product metrics (conversion rates, retention, ARPU, churn, etc.).
- Run A/B testing and participate in data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry (preferably online casino).
- Proven experience operating and managing products on white-label solutions like SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, etc.
- Strong understanding of iGaming product funnels, player journeys, bonus systems, CRM tools, and game integration processes.
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) โ both written and spoken.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, roadmapping tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
