Product Owner (iGaming, CIS markets)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead a casino product in CIS markets.
This role is focused on product growth, retention, and continuous improvement of player experience.

📌 Requirements
• 4+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in casino product management
• Strong understanding of key casino metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working with CIS markets
• Experience with bonus mechanics and promotional strategies
• Skills in player segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Leadership experience (team of 5+ people)
• Knowledge of game providers and payment systems
• Strong expertise in retention strategies

💼 Responsibilities
• Lead the CIS product team and own the product roadmap
• Manage promotional calendars and bonus strategies
• Monitor and analyze KPIs daily, proactively identifying growth opportunities
• Analyze player behavior and improve user experience
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Create product specifications and feature mockups
• Optimize existing features and scale successful solutions
• Manage backlog and prioritize tasks
• Collaborate with CRM team on retention initiatives
• Run A/B tests and analyze results
• Prepare regular product reports and share insights
