Requirements:

—3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst

—Strong experience writing functional specifications

—Ability to work with complex technical systems

—Experience working with development teams

—Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

—Experience interacting directly with clients and clarifying requirements

—Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks within the scope

—Comfort working with incomplete information and evolving requirements

—Experience in fintech/crypto/trading platforms

Responsibilities:

Requirements clarification

—Analyze incoming product requests from regional teams and stakeholders

—Conduct requirement clarification sessions

—Identify missing information and dependencies

Documentation

—Prepare functional specifications

—Describe user flows and business logic

—Write clear acceptance criteria for development

Technical coordination

—Align requirements with developers and technical leads

—Ensure that specifications are complete before implementation

Delivery support

—Support QA during testing

—Assist with acceptance testing and requirement validation

Process contribution

—Maintain structured tasks in Jira

—Ensure consistency and clarity in product documentation
