As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels.
What You Will Do
- Platform & Campaign Management:
- Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
- Data & Optimization:
- Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy
- Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.
- Collaboration:
- Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.

- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or channel marketing, with proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns and measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, etc.) and CRM systems
- Experience with continuous A/B testing
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobile app marketing
- Experience with B2B segments
