Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates and partners
  • Actively source and onboard new affiliates (CPA networks, media buyers, webmasters)
  • Drive traffic volume and quality across key GEOs
  • Monitor affiliate performance (FTD, CR, ROI, LTV) and optimize accordingly
  • Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud (bonus abuse, multi-accounts, low-quality traffic)
  • Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models)
  • Work closely with product, CRM, and marketing teams to improve conversion and retention
  • Provide partners with creatives, landing pages, and optimization recommendations
  • Launch, test, and scale affiliate campaigns
  • Ensure proper tracking setup (links, postbacks, tracking platforms)
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1.5โ€“2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in CPA networks (iGaming preferred)
  • Proven experience working with webmasters / media buyers / affiliate partners
  • Own affiliate base is a strong must
  • Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, CR, ROI, LTV, retention
  • Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (e.g. Affilka, Alanbase, RavenTrack, Cellxpert, etc.)
  • Understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, UAC, Native, Push, etc.)
  • Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Ability to analyze traffic quality and identify fraud patterns
  • High level of independence and ability to start delivering results immediately
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
