Campaign Operations Associate
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Associate to own the end-to-end execution of performance campaigns across our affiliate network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns are set up accurately, tracked properly, and optimized for performance and ROI.
You will collaborate closely with affiliate managers, demand partners, and compliance teams to maintain operational excellence and data integrity across our tech stack. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Tracking
- Configure, launch, and QA campaigns, offers, and tracking links
- Validate conversion tracking, postbacks, and event mapping
- Maintain consistent naming conventions, taxonomy, and documentation
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and attribution issues
Campaign Execution & Flight Management
- Manage campaign launches, pacing, and daily performance delivery
- Monitor caps, budgets, and routing logic
- Coordinate creative updates and offer changes
- Ensure timelines and SLAs are met
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Build and maintain performance dashboards
- Analyze key KPIs (CVR, EPC, approval rate, margin)
- Identify anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Deliver weekly and ad-hoc performance insights
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor traffic quality signals and fraud indicators
- Collaborate with compliance teams on campaign approvals
- Maintain audit trails and accurate campaign documentation
Platform Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Everflow (campaign tracking & partner management)
- Experience with LeadProsper (lead routing & monetization)
- Experience with IPQS (risk scoring & validation)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
Qualifications
Required
- 3β5+ years of experience in campaign operations, performance marketing, or ad operations
- Strong understanding of tracking concepts (pixels, postbacks, attribution)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
Preferred
- Experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation environments
- Basic SQL or data visualization experience
