Head of Marketing/IGaming

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing/CPA to lead and scale our marketing efforts across CIS markets, building a sustainable and efficient growth engine across multiple acquisition channels.

This role involves full ownership of user acquisition, marketing strategy, and unit economics, with a strong focus on consistent growth of key business metrics and scalable channel performance.

About the Role

As a Head of Marketing, you will drive the development and execution of the marketing strategy across the CIS region, ensuring consistent growth across acquisition channels and strong performance of marketing investments.

A key focus of this role is building and scaling a robust user acquisition system, improving channel efficiency, and managing core performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the CIS region
• Own and scale user acquisition across key channels (performance, partnerships, digital)
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and unit economics
• Build, lead, and develop the marketing team
• Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities and acquisition channels
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve funnel performance
• Establish reporting frameworks and ensure data-driven decision-making

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing / digital / growth roles
• Proven experience in performance marketing and user acquisition
• Experience in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Director)
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROI, and unit economics
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience working across multiple markets is a plus
