Full-Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails + Next.js)

Looking for a full-stack developer for a long-term project with an EdTech platform that has been operating for 15 years and has thousands of active users. 

The team is small: a tech lead, a frontend/payments developer, and a QA engineer. You will own tickets end to end - from reading to deploy - without hand-holding.

Stack: Ruby on Rails, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker, Tailwind CSS, Render.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React/Next.js
• Experience deploying to managed PaaS platforms (Render, Vercel, Railway, or similar)
• AI-native workflow: you use Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools daily
• Strong async communication, clean PRs, questions before starting, not after shipping
• Russian or Ukrainian language for team communication

Conditions: remote, 30+ hrs/week, $25-40/hr, 6+ months with potential to go full-time.
