Requirements and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analytics / FP&A / financial business partnering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback period)
- Experience in affiliate marketing, investments, or other high-growth industries.
- Experience working with accounting and ERP systems (e.g., 1C) and analytical tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, budgeting)
- Understanding of accounting and financial operations
- Experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus
- Ability to not only analyze data but also explain insights and drive business decisions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Analyze traffic costs, affiliate payouts and other key company expenses
- Evaluate profitability by channels, partners, GEOs, and products
- Build and maintain unit economics models (LTV, CAC, ROI, payback)
- Identify inefficiencies in spend and opportunities for business growth
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze actual vs planned performance and explain deviations
- Prepare regular financial reports for management
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and affiliate teams to align financial insights with business needs
- Lead and mentor the Financial Manager, overseeing operational finance processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution
