As we prepare to launch and scale the application, we are looking for a highly creative and versatile designer to shape both the product experience and the brand presence across digital channels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer & Social Media Manager to take ownership of both product design and digital content creation.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for our mobile app and website, while also creating and managing engaging social media content that aligns with the UN1Q brand.

This role combines product design, visual storytelling, and digital marketing, requiring a strong balance of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking.

You will work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure consistency across the user experience and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Product Design

• Design user-centered UI/UX for mobile applications and web platforms
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure consistency in design systems, components, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and user engagement
• Contribute to product ideation and feature design

Social Media & Content Creation

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create static posts, short-form videos, and promotional creatives
• Collaborate on content strategy aligned with brand messaging and product goals
• Work with video editors and marketing team on campaigns and launches
• Write or support copywriting for posts, captions, and campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels

Analytics & Optimization

• Analyze performance of social media content and campaigns
• Optimize content based on engagement metrics and trends
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media trends, and emerging technologies
• Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (mobile and web)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and visual content work
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Figma (or similar UI/UX tools)
• Experience in creating social media content and managing visual branding
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of video production workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based image or video generation tools
• Motion design and animation skills
• Experience working with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of social media growth strategies and paid campaigns
• Basic understanding of frontend implementation (React Native/web)
