SEO Team Lead

We are a digital agency working with international clients (US / EU markets) and currently scaling our SEO direction.

We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead who will take ownership of SEO strategy across projects, work directly with clients, and help grow the team.

This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on SEO expertise, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SEO strategies for client projects
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify growth opportunities
• Guide technical SEO, content, and linkbuilding directions
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data
• Present strategies and results to clients (in English)
• Mentor SEO specialists and support team development
• Improve and scale SEO processes within the team

• Implement and test AI-driven solutions in SEO workflows

  Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and linkbuilding
• Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO, etc.)
• Understanding of modern search trends (AI search, GEO, LLMs)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (client communication)
