Senior AI/ML Engineer

You’ll turn a painful onboarding process into a one-click experience. The platform is already live: it translates messages between systems that can’t talk to each other due to different formats. Today, onboarding requires heavy manual configuration. Your job is to automate it with AI - using existing foundation models, not building new ones from scratch.

What you’ll do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of a self-onboarding feature
• Design AI-driven flows to auto-configure message translations
• Build and integrate RAG pipelines (vector DBs, retrieval logic, evaluation)
• Work hands-on with AWS Bedrock and related AWS services
• Design and implement MCP servers

• Collaborate closely with the customer team - guide them on how to evolve their platform with AI

   

What we’re looking for

Must have

• Advanced English
• Analytical mindset
• 4+ years experience in applied machine learning/deep learning
• Proven track record achieving high-accuracy requirements (>80% on complex tasks)
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with Amazon Bedrock
• Experience designing and implementing MCP servers

• Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases

   

Strong plus

• Complex XSLT transformations
• Broader AWS experience
