Now, we're seeking two exceptional individuals - sharp, curious, and hardworking - who want to build, learn, and grow directly alongside the founders.

 

 

The Role: Solutions Engineer

 

You'll be the bridge between our product team and U.S. Insurance agencies - setting up AI voice agents, configuring campaigns, and making sure every customer launches successfully.

 

You will:

  • Onboard new customers end-to-end: configure AI agents, set up inbound/outbound campaigns, tune voice personas.
  • Run onboarding and training calls with U.S. insurance agency owners and their teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
  • Work closely with our engineering and CS teams to relay customer feedback and improve the product.
  • Document setup patterns and build automations (internal products) as we scale.
     

This is a creative, technical, and analytical role - perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI and wants to grow fast.

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

We don't care about your degree. We care about your hungerbrains, and curiosity.

 

You might be the right person if you:

  • Write and think fluently in English;
  • Fluent in optimizing your workflows with Claude Code or Cursor/Antigravity/etc.
  • Spend hours experimenting with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, and other AI models & tools;
  • Love learning, figuring out how things work, and pushing limits;
  • Have a mix of logic + creativity - analytical and human at the same time;
  • Thrive in fast, messy, startup environments where you get stuff done.
  • 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role - support engineer, solutions engineer, technical CSM, or similar.
  • Comfortable learning new platforms quickly and explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Availability to cover U.S. EST business hours overlap (ideally starting by 3-4 PM Kyiv time).
     

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with AI/voice/telephony products.
  • Background in SaaS onboarding or implementation.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Pylon, Linear, or similar tools.
  • Insurance or fintech domain experience.
