System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to oversee the day-to-day stability of the company’s technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• monitor the operation of servers and software
• quickly detect outages, instability, service interruptions, and other technical issues
• regularly check the health and availability of the infrastructure during the day
• provide and manage access for team members
• handle basic server and service administration
• communicate with technical contractors when issues arise
• keep simple records of access, changes, and incidents

• optional: work with Cloudflare (DNS, basic security rules, proxy, SSL, cache)

   

Requirements:

• hands-on experience in system administration
• confident Linux server administration skills
• solid understanding of networks: ports, DNS, proxies, VPNs, access control, firewalls
• experience monitoring servers and services
• ability to troubleshoot issues properly instead of just restarting everything
• high level of attention to detail, discipline, and consistency
• ability to communicate clearly with the team and contractors in technical terms

Work format:

• remote
• 6 working days per week
• Thursday is the fixed day off
• strong reliability during working hours and quick response to technical issues are important
