We are looking for a Recruiter to manage and support open roles from our clients using our platform.

 

Our product helps companies streamline hiring by automating CV analysis and running AI-powered interviews. It allows clients to quickly screen candidates and move faster through the hiring process.

 

However, clients still need help with attracting candidates and managing the pipeline. This is where your role comes in.

 

You will take ownership of client vacancies inside our system, bring candidates into the process, and guide them from application to interview.

 

What you will do

 

Work with open roles from our clients and manage them inside the platform

Post job openings on job boards, mainly for the US market

Review incoming CVs and select relevant candidates

Communicate with candidates in English via messages and calls

Explain the hiring process and guide candidates step by step

Encourage candidates to complete AI interviews

Track candidates and keep pipelines organized

Communicate with clients when needed regarding candidates

 

Requirements

 

At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or similar role

Strong spoken and written English is a must

Ability to manage multiple roles at the same time

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Proactive and responsible approach

 

Nice to have

 

Experience working with US-based candidates

Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or job boards

Interest in AI tools and modern hiring workflows

This is not just sourcing or coordination.

You will manage real vacancies, work with real clients, and help them hire faster using a combination of recruiting and AI tools.
