React Native Engineer (Mobile + Frontend)

Your impact:

• Drive the development of a new Style Mobile application using React Native, ensuring high technical quality and scalable architecture from the start.
• Collaborate with the team to validate existing research and prepare the platform for supporting both Web and Mobile applications.
• Work closely with backend teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration between mobile and web clients.
• Contribute to the development of the Style web platform (frontend) during onboarding.
• Support and mentor your colleagues in React Native development, helping the team grow mobile expertise and avoid architectural gaps.
• Participate in full-cycle product development: architecture discussions, feature implementation, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve funnels and deliver features that drive user impact.
• Contribute to engineering culture through team processes, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.

About you:

• Strong experience building production mobile applications with React Native.
• Hands-on experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play (certificates, signing, release pipelines, review processes).
• Solid frontend experience with React, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Experience working with APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams.
• Confident user of AI engineering tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code or similar.
• Comfortable working in product teams with a product mindset and ownership attitude.
• Proactive engineer who can suggest improvements, challenge existing approaches, and help evolve the architecture.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance delivery speed with code quality and maintainability.

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with Node.js / NestJS and understanding of backend architecture.
• Experience mentoring engineers or helping teams adopt new technologies.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and growth tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, or SQLite.
• Experience integrating third-party services such as Shopify API, Solidgate (payments), email marketing platforms, Zendesk.
• Experience working in consumer product companies, especially in wellness, lifestyle, or subscription products.
• Interest in improving engineering processes, identifying technical debt, and proposing architectural improvements.
