About the role
We're looking for a Program Manager to join one of our partner's product teams through Cowchain's outstaffing model. You'll be working on a fintech/DeFi product—a decentralized financial platform that merges traditional banking with blockchain and AI, serving 70,000+ paying clients across 40+ countries.
This is a fullstack role that combines product, project, and engineering management. You'll own the discovery, definition, and delivery of a product vertical—from roadmap to production. Think of it as the person who connects business goals, user needs, and engineering execution into one coherent flow.

What you'll do
Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own product outcomes for a defined vertical: KPIs, roadmap, prioritization, release planning 
• Partner with CPO/PO and Delivery Manager to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence 

• Lead discovery: user problems, business constraints, risk/impact tradeoffs, and solution options

   

Requirements & Process Design

• Map and document end-to-end user and money flows 
• Translate regulatory and operational constraints into product requirements and UX rules 

• Produce clear artefacts for design and engineering: PRDs, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and process diagrams

   

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering (backend, web, mobile), design, ops, and compliance to unblock delivery 
• Validate builds, coordinate QA expectations, and ensure high-quality releases 

• Align stakeholders on decisions, communicate changes fast, and keep the team focused on results

   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Product or Program Management 
• Strong understanding of payment products and flows (cards, accounts, PSP/BaaS/CaaS, KYC/KYT concepts) 
• Proven ability to turn complex financial and crypto flows into clear UX and precise requirement artefacts 
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, ops, and compliance teams 

• Fluent English (written and spoken)—daily communication with international leadership

   

Nice to have

• Fintech, banking, payments, or crypto domain experience 
• Experience with PlantUML or similar tools for process diagramming 

• Background in early-stage or fast-scaling product environments
