Slot Game Producer (Gamedev)

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Slot Game Producer;

• Format: Remote;
• Experience: 3+ years;

Requirements:

• Experience working with slots and crash games.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager or game producer in iGaming;
• Experience creating game concepts from scratch;
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams (art, animation, math, sound, development, localization);

• Experience in developing product strategy and making market-driven decisions;

   

Job responsibilities:
 

• Creating new slot machine concepts (themes, mechanics, features, trends);
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to determine the product’s development direction;
• Maintaining and improving our promo module in collaboration with technical and product teams;
• Managing and coordinating the work of artists, Spine animators, sound engineers, math designers, developers, and localization teams;
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, business analytics, and technical departments;

Take on ~20% of project management responsibilities to ensure project completion;
 

Supporting product priorities and the roadmap;

Working closely with the Head of Games to ensure the proper and effective implementation of game features;

Working directly with the CEO as your immediate supervisor;

Maintaining full communication and alignment on product strategy, priorities, and decisions;

Mentoring product managers and supporting the scaling of the product team;
