Your impact:

• Implement, execute, and automate controls and compliance activities across the revenue business cycle.
• Analyze and work with multiple data sources; collaborate with developers and analysts to build reports and dashboards supporting timely decision-making.
• Manage and enhance ERP system usage, contributing to the development of new features and sub-projects; support other departments in implementing cost controls within the ERP environment.
• Review and analyze reports from payment service providers, ensuring reporting accuracy and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements; participate in statutory and management reporting, as well as audit processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs and proactively drive solutions.
• Perform financial research and analysis across multiple jurisdictions; coordinate with tax specialists and external consultants as needed.
• Handle additional ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
   

About you:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in finance, economics, business, or other related field.
• About 3 years of experience in audit at Big-4 firms.
• Curious about developments in finance and tech business.
• Knowledge and experience with spreadsheets (Excel, PowerQuery, SQL).
• English oral/written – Upper Intermediate (you can be interviewed in English).
• Strong communication skills: oral and written. Ability to convince opponents on the truth of one's judgments.
• Structured thinking, the ability to make data-driven business conclusions and propose valuable ideas and insights.
• Result oriented, committed, responsible and ready to act independently.
   

Will be a plus:

• Financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.).
• Participation in business case championships such as Business Diving, Challenge, or other international case competitions.
